We are delighted to announce that the Prestbury Phantoms Invitational Tournament 2024 will be taking place on Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th June 2024.

Age Groups and Dates

All age groups based on 2023/24 (e.g. this season)

Entry Fee

£40 per team

Payment must be received within 14 days of entering the tournament. Full refunds will be issued if team withdrawal is before 1st May 2024. No refund will be issued if team withdrawal is after 1st May 2024

Squad sizes and Game Length

7-a-side with max of 12 players in a squad

15 minutes matches

Format

Teams play a competitive competition, with two mini leagues of six teams each. First placed teams from each group will go onto play for the Trophy, second placed teams from each group will go on to play in a bronze medal match. third place teams will play off for fifth place and fourth place teams will play off for seventh place

Refreshments/Entertainment

BBQ, hot and cold drinks, ice cream, cake stall, and a Penalty kick speed measurement challenge from Cheltenham Town FC will be on site.

Car Parking

Very limited car parking is available on site but there is plenty of free on street parking in all the surrounding streets.  Further information will be sent nearer the time, but please do not arrive until half an hour before your session to limit parking congestion.

Prestbury Playing Field Rules

Dogs on leads are allowed, but the Field is subject to a Public Space Protection Order, which enforces strict rules about cleaning up dog mess, so dog owners must arrive prepared!

Alcohol is not allowed to be consumed on the field, and no alcohol will be available for sale on the day.
